Sr. Recruiter

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at our company located in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across various industries. With 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, your role will involve sourcing candidates through diverse channels, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate relationships. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our goal of attracting and hiring top talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass handling the complete recruitment cycle, utilizing job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases for candidate sourcing. You will be conducting initial telephonic/video interviews, scheduling client interviews, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process. Collaborating closely with client HR teams and hiring managers, you will gain insights into job requirements to facilitate successful placements. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for HR or related fields. A solid grasp of recruitment methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential. Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems are also desired.
