Sr. React Native Developer (Only females)

Key Responsibilities:

Development Excellence:

● Lead the development of high-quality React Native applications with clean, modular, and maintainable code.

● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Integrate with native modules when required and interact with native APIs.

Technical Leadership:

● Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features in a timely manner.

● Provide insights and guidance on mobile application best practices, tools, and methodologies.

● Mentor junior developers, ensuring they adhere to coding and architectural standards.

Project Management:

● Coordinate with product management and design teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

● Set timelines, assign tasks, and ensure that project milestones are met.
● Report on project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

● Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and provide feedback.

● Coordinate with back-end developers to define and test necessary
APIs.

● Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.

Continuous Learning:

● Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in mobile application development.

● Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to optimize development efficiency and application performance.

Problem Solving:

● Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues within the mobile applications.

● Develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
