Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance of the zone and take corrective actions where needed.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of ASMs and MRs to ensure high performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, joint fieldwork, and performance reviews.
Provide coaching, training, and development support to enhance team capability.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with 50 key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, hospitals, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge within the team.

Operational Excellence

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for Aspiring, Dynamic leadership candidate who possesses strong analytical and communication skill with ability to drive team through inspiring sales performance.

Gyenecology & Gastro exposure is mandatory

Candidate should have extensive 2nd line manager exposure and should have handled ABM (1st Line Managers in previous Role).

Bangalore candidate would be responsible for entire Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Kerala.

Delhi Candidate would be responsible for entire entire North (Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana & J&K
