commercial civil projects).
Education: Diploma / Bachelor s in Civil.
Salary: Based on candidate s interview performance, experience, skills and
previous drawn salary.
Compliant to travel as per the job requirement.
Able to speak Kannada language.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Assessment of required materials, time and labour with their respective costs.
Good knowledge and understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Coordination with Project Management team.
Analyse executed work and arranging for payments.
Regular updates and reports to the concerned authorities.
Assess and improvise projects progress.
Provide relevant suggestions and advise.
Estimation and billing.
Provide valuable utilization reports with financial implications.
