Responsibilities : - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality and performance. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and improve software quality. - Utilize Playwright and TypeScript to automate test cases and streamline testing processes. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing. - Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios. - Monitor and track quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development. - Engage in root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues affecting product quality. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing documentation and knowledge base. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing methodologies. -Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript for automated testing. - Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and strategies. - Exhibit proficiency in analyzing test results and providing actionable insights. - Have a good understanding of program management principles and practices. - Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Maintain excellent communication skills for reporting and documentation. 9.
