About the Role:

The QC Engineer / Erection Engineer will be responsible for supervising, inspecting, and ensuring the quality and timely erection of solar power projects. The role requires hands-on experience in solar plant erection, site supervision, and quality assurance to ensure smooth execution as per industry standards.

Key Role Objectives:

• Supervise solar project erection and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes across project stages.
• Inspect equipment, structures, and installations to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Prepare site reports, maintain quality documentation, and ensure timely project updates.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues at the erection site.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with solar industry standards.

Basic Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 – 4 years in solar power erection, quality control, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of solar installation processes, quality inspection, and project supervision.
• Proficiency in handling quality documentation, checklists, and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work at project sites and handle day-to-day supervision.

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
