Prototype documents- Layout inspection, Agreement of Inspection, customer specific documents preparation
Record / maintain Process validation data and analysis for initial prototyping.
Part Inspection report, sample submission report along with batch.Master/Limit/Reference Sample Sign off with customer.
Inspection & testing of market samples for Bench marking purpose
Inputs to Product design team for Reverse Engineering
b) Work Experience
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in calibration of Metrology instruments, CMM programming , & Prototyping test activities Experience in Forging, machining of Gears & shafts
Knowledge on GD&T , MSA.SPC, PFMEA. Gauge design.
Knowledge of QMS and IATF 16949.
