Sr Proposal Engineer

As a Senior Proposal Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience in the Water treatment industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and submit engineering proposals. You will collaborate effectively with engineering and sales teams to ensure the successful execution of proposals. Monitoring and analyzing proposal performance metrics will be essential, along with ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. In this role, you will be expected to prepare and present proposal reports to senior management, staying updated with industry trends and best practices in proposal engineering. Managing multiple proposal projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines will be a key aspect of your job. Your knowledge of PT, DM, UF, RO Plant is crucial, along with your experience in process and proposal departments for WTP. Your responsibilities will also include making scheme selections and estimations for WTP plants, maintaining good communication with vendors and clients, and preparing techno-commercial offers for WTP and recycle plants. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating basic engineering packages for WTP, such as PID, HFD, and sizing calculations. Attending technical meetings with clients and consultants will also be part of your routine tasks. This is a full-time position located in Aundh, Pune. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. To excel in this role, you must have at least 8 years of total work experience. Your ability to work effectively in person at the designated work location is necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position.,
