Sr Project Lead-Data Engg

Key Responsibilities

• Presales Engagement:
• Lead presales activities for Data & Analytics opportunities, including client presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and position relevant solutions.
• Proposal & RFP Management:
• Analyze RFPs/RFIs and draft comprehensive responses with innovative, value-driven solutions.
• Develop tailored proposals highlighting differentiation and business impact.
• Solution Design:
• Create niche solutions for Data Modernization (Legacy to Cloud) leveraging platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Incorporate AI use cases into proposals to showcase advanced capabilities.
• Ensure solutions cover AMS (Application Managed Services) and end-to-end implementation concepts.
• Reporting & Visualization:
• Demonstrate understanding of reporting tools and concepts such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Thought Leadership:
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Data & Analytics and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum 7 years in Data & Analytics presales; overall 9–10 years of professional experience.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Data Modernization, Cloud Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with AI use cases and ability to integrate them into solution proposals.
• Presales Skills:
• Proven track record in managing RFPs, drafting proposals, and creating differentiated solutions.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation abilities.
• Flexibility:
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
