Job Description

Job Responsibility

Support the Delivery Manager in supervising and ensuring smooth execution of large-scale examination projects.
Coordinate between field teams, government officials, and internal departments to ensure adherence to SOPs.
Monitor live feeds, incident reports, and system logs; escalate anomalies for timely resolution.
Assist in planning and resource allocation for exam operations across multiple centers.
Oversee and guide Delivery Coordinators during exam cycles, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Provide first-level client interaction during projects, ensuring updates and escalations are well-documented.
Prepare MIS reports, operational summaries, and project documentation for management review.
Ensure IT assets (CCTV, biometrics, VOIP, OMR scanners) are deployed and functioning effectively.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in handling government/large-scale assessment projects.

Job Specification

Graduate .
3 to 7 years of experience in operations/project coordination; exposure to large-scale examination or government projects is an advantage.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues swiftly during mission-critical projects.
Willingness to travel extensively across locations during exam cycles.
Two-wheeler preferred for mobility during operations
