Sr. Procurement Engineer

Below mentioned is the Job description for the Role : · Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives. · Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for optimal terms. · Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and engineering products. · Track inventory levels and ensure procurement is done just-in-time to optimize storage costs. · Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure technical compatibility of purchased items. · Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations. · Monitor and analyze market trends and conditions affecting prices and availability. · Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. · Prepare and manage budgets, cost forecasts, and procurement reports. · Maintain up-to-date records of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements. Desired Candidate profile : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering or related field preferred) Experience - 5+ years Location : Andheri East Mumbai Working Days: 6 Days working Working hours : Mon- Saturday : 09 am - 05:30 pm Perks & Benefits :PF, Paid leaves Male Candidate is preferred.
