About the Role

We are looking for passionate and experienced Private Wealth Relationship Managers and Team Leads to join our growing Private Wealth Management team. The role involves managing and expanding relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, offering strategic financial solutions across multiple asset classes, and contributing to overall AUM and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage relationships with UHNIs, family offices, and corporate clients through referrals, networking, and direct engagement.
• Advise clients on comprehensive investment strategies across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Private Equity, Structured Products, Insurance, and Fixed Income.
• Build customized portfolios and proactively rebalance them based on client goals and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver high-quality investment insights and advisory solutions.
• Ensure superior client servicing, portfolio performance review, and long-term relationship retention.
• Maintain full compliance with internal and regulatory frameworks (NISM certification preferred).

Desired Candidate:

• 8 to 20 years of experience in private Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, mutual funds, PMS, insurance, and other financial instruments.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA / CA / CFA / NISM certifications preferred.
