About Position:
Assist in the day-to-day support and maintenance of PACS systems across healthcare facilities.
Perform initial troubleshooting of DICOM and imaging workflow issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

What You'll Do:
- Support routine upgrades and patches for radiology and cardiology PACS systems under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of imaging modalities.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and contribute to team knowledge bases.
- Provide basic support during PACS implementations and system enhancements.
- Communicate with clinical teams and vendors to address imaging-related issues Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in PACS administration, support, or a related IT/healthcare role.
- Basic understanding of DICOM standards and imaging workflows.
- Familiarity with one or more PACS systems (e.g., Merge PACS, Change Healthcare PACS, or similar platforms).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Associate or Bachelor?s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exposure to radiology and/or cardiology imaging systems preferred. Experience working in healthcare IT or clinical environments preferred Knowledge of modality integration or ancillary imaging applications preferred
