Role Description

ServiceNow is seeking a highly technical and customer-obsessed Sr. Outbound Product Manager (IC3 Level) to join the RaptorDB product team. RaptorDB is ServiceNow s next-generation HTAP (Hybrid Transactional/Analytical Processing) database platform launched in 2024 and rapidly becoming foundational to our platform s performance, scalability, and intelligence.

As a key outbound product leader, you will help shape how ServiceNow s customers understand, adopt, and unlock value from this innovative data platform. You will be the bridge between product development, marketing, sales, and the customer helping to translate deep technical capabilities into compelling narratives, go-to-market strategies, and customer-facing content.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, strategically critical product at ServiceNow, and play a visible role in its success.
