The primary role of NeSL is to serve as a repository of legal evidence holding the information pertaining to any debt/claim, as submitted by the financial or operational creditor and verified and authenticated by the parties to the debt. As part of its IU services, NeSL also offers paperless Digital Document Execution (DDE) for various products offered by banks and NBFCs.
The digital marketing team at NeSL is looking for a skilled & motivated Marketing specialist: With 1-2 years of hands-on experience in delivering digital campaigns across organic and paid media channels (B2B and B2C experience desired). You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI. The ideal candidate will bring past experience in email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid marketing campaigns, social media marketing, content writing and internal communications, He/she is required to have a good understanding of email automation tools, page optimisation, html, campaign management and preparing campaign reports. This is a growth-oriented role for an aspiring marketing professional to learn and grow to a leadership position in Performance and Digital Marketing.
Essential skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Knowledge on social media tools and creating content and posts
- Working knowledge of software such as Adobe suite and Canva
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
- Knowledge of both print and digital media
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML and CSS is desirable
Key Responsibility:
- Execute email, social media and other digital campaigns
- Assist in the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR and conversions.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager for tracking and performance insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Support the Digital marketing team with branding and marketing activities
- Designing brochures, flyers and other event material for NeSL solutions
- Managing website content using CMS and designing new web pages
- Work with other creative team members to produce content
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any stream or a related qualification in marketing
- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing
- 1 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, GA4).
- Proficiency in using advance excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft word
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page performance.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable
- Exposure to the ISMS environment preferred
