Job Description

Role Overview: The Risk & Compliance team at VISHAY is responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining Risk & Compliance policies, standards, and guidelines for the organization or assigned entities. As a member of this team, your role will involve assessing business risks in various areas such as disaster planning, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. You will act as a personal advisor to increase the organization's awareness of Risk & Compliance aspects and contribute to projects aimed at implementing standards or addressing identified issues. Additionally, you will support related audits, initiate change processes, and ensure proper documentation and filing of regulations and compliance documents.
