Sr Officer-Product Compliance

As a member of the Risk & Compliance team at VISHAY, you will play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and maintaining Risk & Compliance policies, standards, and guidelines for the organization or assigned entities. Your responsibilities will include assessing business risks across various areas such as disaster planning, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. You will act as a personal advisor to increase the organization's awareness of Risk & Compliance aspects. In this role, you will be involved in setting up, leading, or contributing to projects aimed at implementing standards or remediating Risk & Compliance issues that are identified. You will also ensure, conduct, or support related audits and initiate change processes in collaboration with accountable management. Proper documentation and filing of regulations, reports, compliance documents, and lists will be a key part of your responsibilities. Interaction and information exchange with local or regional regulatory authorities will be part of your regular activities. At this level, you will be expected to select and utilize precedents, methods, tools, and procedural guidance provided. You will execute non-routine and case-specific analytics to support the creation of presentations, reports, and functional concepts. Additionally, you will support professionals in assessments, audits, and risk analyses, as well as assist in the signing and implementation of functional guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
