Sr Officer-Product Compliance

Your role at VISHAY as a member of the Risk & Compliance team involves defining, implementing, and maintaining Risk & Compliance policies, standards, and guidelines for the organization or assigned entities. You will be assessing business risks related to disaster planning, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. Your expertise will be crucial as you act as a personal advisor to increase the organization's awareness of Risk & Compliance aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Set up, lead, or contribute to projects aimed at implementing standards or addressing identified Risk & Compliance issues. - Ensure, conduct, or support related audits and initiate change processes in collaboration with accountable management. - Execute proper documentation and filing of regulations, reports, compliance documents, and lists. - Interact and exchange information with local or regional regulatory authorities. Qualifications Required: - Ability to select and utilize precedents, methods, tools, and procedural guidance provided. - Capability to perform non-routine and case-specific analytics to support the creation of presentations, reports, and functional concepts. - Support professionals in assessments, audits, and risk analyses. - Assist in the design and implementation of functional guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.,
