Sr Officer-Product Compliance

As a member of the Risk & Compliance team at VISHAY, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining Risk & Compliance policies, standards, and guidelines for the organization or assigned entities. Your role will involve assessing business risks across various areas such as disaster planning, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. You will act as a personal advisor to increase the organization's awareness of Risk & Compliance aspects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to set up, lead, or contribute to projects aimed at implementing standards or remediating Risk & Compliance issues. Key Responsibilities: - Define, implement, and maintain Risk & Compliance policies, standards, and guidelines - Assess business risks related to disaster planning, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures - Act as a personal advisor to increase organization's awareness for Risk & Compliance aspects - Lead or contribute to projects to implement standards or remediate Risk & Compliance issues - Ensure proper documentation and filing of regulations, reports, compliance documents, and lists - Interact and exchange information with local or regional regulatory authorities Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in Risk & Compliance or related field - Strong analytical skills for non-routine and case-specific analytics - Ability to support professionals in assessments, audits, and risk analyses - Familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize precedents, methods, tools, and procedural guidance provided to execute your responsibilities effectively.
