Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers, ensuring a warm welcome and detailed product education on CBS/CLS offerings.
Demonstrate Jaquars products, emphasizing features, value, and lifestyle benefits.
Generate and share customer leads with the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
Ensure the sales team follows up post-visit, guiding customers through their purchase decisions.
Educate customers about new and existing products, highlighting USPs and competitive advantages.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and overall experience.
Assist customers in locating the nearest Jaquar dealers for convenience.
Drive CBS revenue growth across different verticals by ensuring targeted conversions.
Manage product displays according to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and maintain showroom cleanliness.
Maintain 100% stock accuracy through effective inventory management and reconciliation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for site visits, product availability, and seamless sales closure.
