Job Description for Loan Officer (Home Loan - Sales) under the Lead Management System Division : Designation: Loan Officer (Home Loan Sales) Division: Lead Management System Experience: 1-3Years Location: Navi Mumbai Compensation: Competitive with performance-based incentives Role Overview: We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented individuals passionate about sales and meeting high targets in the home loan segment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Engage with suspect leads (unqualified), convert them into prospects through persistent follow-ups and need analysis. Prospect Conversion: Conduct need analysis and eligibility profiling Set appointments and assist Sales Officers during client interactions Follow up after each meeting to push the lead forward in the funnel Sales Support: Assist the Sales Officer by promptly calling suspects and prospects Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain smooth coordination with field sales Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of company products, policies, and competitor offerings to better address customer concerns. Quality of Communication: Ensure high-quality, accurate conversations Meet TAT (Turnaround Time) commitment Demonstrate strong objection handling and appraisal skills CRM & Reporting: Update internal systems after every customer interaction Ensure all conversation notes are clear for follow-up by any team member Referrals & Feedback: Generate customer references from quality conversations Share market intelligence, customer concerns, and competitor insights with supervisors Desired Profile: Graduate in any stream Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for sales and meeting high-performance targets Flexible to work beyond office hours if required Prior sales or telecalling experience is an advantage

Division: Lead Management System Designation: Loan Officer (Home Loan - Sales) We are looking for young, high energy individuals with a passion for sales and for achieving aspirational targets. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prospecting with suspect leads. A suspect is a person who still has not decided on taking a loan. 2. Converting a suspect to a prospect. This involves the following: Establishing contact with the prospect could involve several calls and may need a call at a time beyond office hours. This will also involve making calls at different times in order to achieve success. Need Analysis Eligibility Profiling Setting up an appointment Follow up with the prospect post every meeting with the sales officer until conclusion. 3. Basis feedback from the prospect, seek interventions from the senior sales resource or by yourself in satisfying customer needs with the objective of converting the prospect to a customer 4. Responsible for conversion suspects prospects customers 5. Provide support to the sales team in increasing conversions by: Prompt calling to all suspects/prospects Timely follow up with all prospects Cordial relationships with the sales officer were mapped. Collaboration with the sales officer in providing feedback. 6. Responsible for complete knowledge of company products and policies as well those of competition 7. Responsible for the quality of the conversation, which entails the following: Accuracy Product Knowledge Appraisal Skills Punctuality & TOS TAT commitments 8. Ability to handle objections 9. Updating the software. You must capture your conversation with the customer effectively such that a third person is able to carry on the conversation with the customer where you left off. 10. Generating References: The quality of your conversation and your ability to connect with the customer is also reflected in the number of references that you generate. 11. Providing market feedback to the supervisor: It is important to share with your supervisor any trends that you come across whilst speaking to a prospect. Examples could be objections from prospects regards the processing fee being charged by us vis--vis the same being charged by a specific competitor.
