Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:

Being part of the Alliances team, your main responsibilities will be to onboard partners basis

segment, ensuring visibility, making rationale of offers through competition analysis and to

manage partners relationships through the life cycle for campaign execution, compliance,

legal checks, promotions and marketing, billing, handling customer queries.

Working closely with reporting manager and be responsible for identifying growth opportunities through relevant partnerships across ecosystem and contribute to card spend.
Taking full ownership of managing the requirements on business, legal, compliance, finance, technology and credit. Liaise with and between different departments/stakeholders.
Setting vision & KPIs to enhance growth in offer campaign with a roadmap to achieve the same using various market trend and competition analysis.
Ensure visibility of offers across active platform
Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries/escalation.
POS and PG partners management, new partners addition, merchants relationship and promotions.

Job specific skills:

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

Must be strong in relationship management, negotiation, data analysis and should have knowledge with current industry trends, etc. Preferably with an alliance background
Very good presentation, data handling, writing, and excellent communication skills (English and Hindi, written and spoken).
Decision-making & problem-solving skills. Disciplined, strong interpersonal skills, and a quick learner. Good team player in cross-functional teams.
