Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and managing statutory compliance, contract labour management, and payroll-related processes. The role ensures adherence to all labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal audit norms, with proficiency in SAP for compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESI, LWF, PT, and other labour laws.
• Manage Contract Labour salary processing, attendance reconciliation, and contractor bill verification.
• Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance records.
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely submission of returns and inspections.
• Ensure vendor compliance and audit readiness for statutory and internal audits.
• Monitor updates in labour legislation and ensure company compliance.
• Prepare MIS and reports related to statutory compliance.
• Work on SAP-HR module for payroll and compliance-related entries.
• Candidates have Experience HR softwarre ( Fox Pro Ltd ) Mandatory

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Hands-on experience in SAP.
• Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple contractors and vendors
