Sr. Merchandiser

Role Overview: As a Merchandiser for kidswear/apparel categories, you will be responsible for the end-to-end merchandising process. Your role will involve coordinating with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery. You will also play a key role in monitoring production schedules, sourcing fabric, trims, and accessories, and maintaining quality standards as per buyer requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in negotiating costs with suppliers, preparing order status reports, and leading junior merchandisers in daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end merchandising for kidswear/apparel categories - Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams for timely order execution - Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines - Ensure fabric, trims, and accessories are sourced and delivered on time - Work closely with printing, dyeing, and production units for approvals and quality checks - Negotiate costs with suppliers and maintain target margins - Prepare and maintain order status reports, T&A, and buyer communications - Ensure product quality and standards are maintained as per buyer requirements - Lead and guide junior merchandisers/executives in daily tasks Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of merchandising experience in garments, preferably kidswear - Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, printing, and garment production - Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills - Ability to handle buyers independently and manage multiple orders - Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP for reports and tracking Contact: HR (8015091721) Please note that the job type is full-time and the work location is in person.
