Job Duties

• Customized Contracts are prepared as per customer requirement to implement the incentives/rates in the system.
• Analyzing the request and creating new contracts/amending existing UPS contracts in accordance with the pricing request as per agreed timelines.
• Work is performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• 100% Quality is the essential factor
• Shipper adds/deletes alignment as necessary to existing/new contracts.
• Accept/Reject contracts and addenda as necessary
• Resolve shipper conflicts
• Extensions of contracts when necessary
• Cancel bids when appropriate
• Create manual appeals as needed
• Provide responses to common pricing/sales questions
• Locate and send copies of signed contracts
• Other pricing support as needed to support changes in policy or procedure
• Processing is time sensitive and requires timely action on each work allocated.
• Creating incentives templates in UPS systems to be used by UPS salesforce.
