Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing the Sales Plan, developing a customer network, building and managing relationships with Industry End User/ OEM, ensuring and managing approvals for SEI, and achieving targets from the set of customers assigned to you. Your main focus will be on achieving Sales Targets for the Business Unit in the Branch from the allotted set of customers, mainly from OEMs/ End users. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare month-wise target plans for the assigned customers - Identify initiatives to grow IA & PP business from the set of customers - Identify new opportunities for pushing sales and capturing market share - Regularly monitor customer-wise sales performance against targets - Define visit frequency for each customer based on the sales plan - Conduct regular meetings with OEMs and End users to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and motivate them to buy SEI Products - Implement action plans on identified new opportunities to grow the sales network - Organize Easy events/ Meets for assigned customers to promote products Qualification Required: - Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation (Btech) - Thorough understanding of sales processes - Proven skills in strategic account planning and development - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong time management skills and results orientation - Excellent interpersonal skills - Whatever it takes attitude and desire to make an impact Note: The company provided additional details such as the schedule being Full-time with the reference number: 009GNN.,
