Job Description

Job Description: As a Sales Representative, your role involves preparing a Sales Plan, developing a customer network, and building & managing relationships with Industry End Users/ OEMs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure and manage the approvals for SEI while achieving targets from the set of customers assigned to you. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure achievement of Sales Targets for the Business Unit in the Branch for the allotted set of customers, primarily major customers from OEMs/ End users. - Prepare month-wise target plans and identify initiatives to grow IA & PP business from the set of customers. - Identify new opportunities for pushing sales and regularly monitor customer-wise sales performance against targets. - Define visit frequency for each customer based on the sales plan and conduct regular meetings with OEMs and End users to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and motivate them to buy SEI Products. - Implement an action plan on identified new opportunities to grow the sales network. - Organize Easy events/ Meets for assigned customers to enhance promotional activities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics & Instrumentation. - Thorough understanding of sales processes. - Proven skills in strategic account planning and development. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Strong time management skills and results orientation. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - "Whatever it takes" attitude and a desire to make an impact.
