Sr. Manager/Manager – Export Marketing (High-Value Capital Equipment | International Markets) Turn Borders into Opportunities. Take Indian Engineering Excellence Global. We are looking for a bold, high-energy Export Marketing Manager to drive our international sales of premium capital equipment. What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving): • Own the World Map: Identify, activate, and expand opportunities across key global markets – from Asia to the Americas. • Be a Global Deal-Maker: Engage and build strong ties with international clients, channel partners, distributors, and influencers. • Sell Smart, Sell Big: Pitch and close high-ticket deals by showcasing how our equipment delivers real value and impact. • Lead International Presence: Represent us at global expos, trade fairs, and client meetings. You'll travel, present, and win. • Think Like a Strategist: Analyze trends, assess competition, forecast demand, and design region-wise market-entry plans. What You Bring to the Table: • A degree in Engineering and (MBA preferred). • 7–12 years of international sales experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions. Function: International Sales & Marketing | B2B Capital Equipment • A proven track record of closing big-ticket global deals. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and intercultural skills. • Confidence, curiosity, and a hunger to win in uncharted markets. • Willingness to travel globally – sometimes at short notice.
