Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Business Development - CRM in our Solar O&M (Operations & Maintenance) division. The role involves driving growth through market analysis, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships, while mentoring a team and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the solar O&M sector.
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share and achieve targets.
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors, industry associations).
Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve goals.
Track sales performance metrics and present reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Desired Candidate Profile

10 -15 years of experience in Business Development (Renewable Energy preferred).
Educational Qualification: Engineering degree (preferred) with MBA in Marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
