Job Description

12-15+ years� experience in finance from manufacturing sector with a cross-functional FP&A skillset, driven transformation in complex FP&A environment.
  • Strong understanding of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) FP&A operating model.
  • Expertise in FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, IBP, and management reporting.
  • Experience in finance transformation, continuous improvement and tool adoption
  • Relationship builder, influencer and integrator, skilled at building and maintaining strong teams, valuing collaboration and consensus-building.
  • Drive functional training on FP&A leading practices.
  • Support IBP processes, ensuring financial alignment and integration with operational plans.
