Job Description

As a Customer complaints resolution specialist, your role involves coordinating with regions/customers to understand customer issues and working with respective manufacturers" sites on grades under complaints. You will also be responsible for coordinating with all stakeholders for complaint resolution. In the area of New Grade Development, you will support the review of existing or the development of new grade specifications based on customer feedback, benchmark studies, and import analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to make necessary changes and coordinate with regions/respective business groups for customer trials/feedback. For Business Development, your tasks will include suggesting customers on the usage of RIL grades to replace conventional materials, coordinating in-house and customer trials with RIL products, and supporting the preparation of application notes/promotion literature. In Benchmarking Grades, you will coordinate with regions for the collection of competitor grades and for in-house evaluation and testing. Moreover, you will work with manufacturing sites/business groups for possible improvements of existing company grades if needed. Your responsibilities in Optimized Additive/Cost Reduction involve supporting the review of additive packages based on end product/process requirements, understanding the end process for optimizing additive packages in each grade, discussing with the manufacturing team for possible changes in additive formulation, and proposing optimized additive packages for trials to manufacturing sites based on in-house work. Regarding Product regulatory compliance, you will coordinate with Product Groups on regulatory-related issues like 3rd party certifications, participate in the review/finalization of BIS/ISO standards to promote the company's products, and coordinate/guide regulatory officers in ISO/REACH compliance. Additionally, you will participate in BIS activities for new standards/modifications. In terms of Customer Co-ordination, your tasks will involve coordinating with respective manufacturing sites for grade performances and quality review meetings, coordinating with QC/manufacturing site/business group & region for lot mapping for specific customers, and coordinating with QC/business group HO for the release of near Prime lots for specific customers to avoid any down-gradation and complaints.,
