Job Summary
Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent healthcare SaaS solutions. This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise in cloud-native development, healthcare compliance, and AI integration. The Senior Manager will drive innovation, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Scalable Architecture
Expertise in cloud-native development (e.g., microservices, containers, CI/CD).
Ability to architect secure, scalable systems that meet healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
- AI Integration & Innovation
Experience integrating AI/ML into SaaS platforms for predictive analytics, clinical decision support, and operational efficiency.
Familiarity with AI model lifecycle management and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Healthcare Compliance & Security
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FHIR).
Ability to implement secure coding practices and data protection measures.
- Strategic Execution & Agile Delivery
Proficiency in agile and DevOps methodologies.
Capable of aligning engineering efforts with business goals and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Skilled in mentoring, recruiting, and retaining top engineering talent.Strong communication and stakeholder management across clinical, regulatory, and executive teams.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, and healthcare interoperability standards.
