The candidate should have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with proven expertise in wireframing, visual design, and end-to-end product design. Candidate will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences for our telecom solutions, including mobile apps, web portals, and platforms.

Responsibilities

Understanding new requirements/charters and analysisLeads discussions with cross functional teams and stake holders to evaluate feasibility, technical specifications, cost-benefit analysis, etc.

UX Design

Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.Create user personas, journey maps, and workflows tailored to telecom user segments.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to visualize user flows and product features.Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements.

UI Design

Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for telecom products across platforms (web, mobile, tablet).Maintain consistency in design language, typography, color schemes, and iconography.Translate complex telecom functionalities into intuitive UI components.Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.

Product Design

Own the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and customer support.Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.Stay updated with telecom industry trends, design tools, and best practices.Creating & delivering high quality features, preparing end to end high level and low-Level designs, developing individual sub systems.Facilitating creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogsDesired Skill setsPrior experience designing for telecom platforms (e.g., OSS systems, customer portals, network dashboards).Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles.Understanding of telecom user personas – B2B, B2C, and internal operations.
