Job Description

As a Regional Sales Senior Manager Hyperscale, your main purpose is to oversee business operations for large tenders and special projects to lay the foundation for future business growth. You are expected to be a strategic and analytical thinker who can drive results, innovate, and develop creative solutions for business growth. Your responsibilities include conducting market analysis for HyperScale products, developing growth plans, implementing overall business plans, establishing relationships with partners in different Asian countries, and managing commercial terms & conditions for assigned projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as an adviser for respective business leadership - Establishing relationships with agents/partners for the Business Segment - Working on legal frameworks and taxation clauses for inter-country businesses - Researching and analyzing HVAC industry patterns to develop business recommendations - Administering PAN India sales units, analyzing business potential, and recommending growth solutions - Conducting market surveys through research and meetings - Coordinating and managing administrative support including Legal, Personnel, and Tax - Working on legal and commercial aspects of Special Projects - Investigating country-specific building codes such as energy efficiency requirements To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 13-15 years of experience in the Engineering Industry, specializing in Business Development and Commercial matters of the industrial market segment - A sound educational background in Industrial Business Management, with an MBA qualification considered advantageous - Sound knowledge of Legal and relevant standards related to HVAC Systems in the Asian region - Good negotiating skills and strong knowledge of various economic conditions in Asian countries - Strong communication skills for conveying complex plans and execution strategies - Excellent leadership skills, self-starting ability, effective workload prioritization, and quick and accurate work completion - Flexible approach, strong team working capabilities, and readiness to support colleagues in achieving Company priorities and objectives - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs, market conditions, competition, and territory development.,
