Job Responsibilities

Lead overall Plant Quality Control and Testing
Drive and Maintain Certifications – ABYC / ISO10592 / ISO9001
Manage Quality Manuals and Documentation
Monitor Supplier Quality, Performance, and Lead Supplier Development
Ensure Quality for New Product Development and Launch
Handle Customer Complaints, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, and Implement Corrective Actions
Drive Process Improvements and Enhance Process Capability
Ensure All Quality Documentation and Audit Compliance

Technical Competencies

Six Sigma Certification and Implementation Experience
Strong Strategic Leadership Abilities
PFMEA / DFMEA / Control Plans / PPAP / Work Instructions Expertise
Proficiency in Minitab, SPC, R&R Studies, Pareto Analysis

Behavioral Competencies

Advanced Decision Making, Flexibility, and Team Collaboration
Strong Knowledge of Machining / GDC / Powder Coating Processes
Expertise in Quality Tools and Measuring Instruments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent Customer Complaint and NC Analysis Capability
Knowledge of Advanced Quality Measuring Systems
