Role Overview: As a Zonal Product Manager, your main objective is to lead the development and implementation of innovative product strategies for SME finance business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, optimize revenue streams, ensure compliance, and stay updated on market trends to position the company as a leader in SME finance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop product and market strategies to drive Supply Chain Finance business objectives by understanding industry and market trends. - Drive the implementation of new policies and policy changes, ensuring effective communication and training to relevant stakeholders. - Monitor and track performance of SME finance business through MIS reports, analyzing key parameters like disbursements, account numbers, fees, PAR, NPAs, productivity, and other metrics. - Devise corporate retention strategies and life cycle management approaches in response to market dynamics and regulations. - Explore and establish strategic partnerships with external agencies to enhance customer acquisitions and revenue generation. - Lead initiatives for automation and digitization of SME finance products to streamline processes and improve customer convenience. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop schemes and campaigns that promote business growth. - Introduce new SME finance products such as Channel Finance, Working Capital Product, Factoring, Term Loans, and other financial offerings to achieve targeted portfolio growth. - Facilitate process improvement and retention processes to enhance customer experience. - Identify training needs within the team and ensure all employees are well-trained on SME finance products and processes. - Ensure strict compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
