Sr. Manager - Powertrain Crank shaft line Maintenance

Job roles & responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical maintenance, maintenance ofgrinding machines, CNC machines, Gantry system, Lapping machines and conveyor maintenance, maintenance of central coolant system for grinding line.
• Knowledge of Replacement of spindle, ATC unit, Hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagram reading and diagnosis. Spindle run out correction and tackle quality issues due to machine side of grinding line.
• Knowledge of Gantry system & controller such as 802D sl,828D,840 D, Back up and Diagnosis
• Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements
• Knowledge of Makino CNCs, Fanuc cnc,s7-300 plc system, simocom, starter software
• Revenue cost reduction initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation
• Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT
• Generate Safety working culture
• Develop improvement culture
• Knowledge of TPM and Manpower handling
• Knowledge of Maintenance of Grinding lines such as Landis line, Komatsu NTC, Power cost Reduction & productivity improvement projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of hardening machines, balancing machines
• Knowledge of SAP system, line down time entry through SAP
• Crankshaft line Maintenance, Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens Controls 802d sl,828D,840D
• Landis line Maintenance, S7-300,200 program modification, Profibus nodes system maintenance and Fault-finding CNC, Plc machine all back up mgmt. Makino cnc with Fanuc controller.
