Job Description

You will be joining an incredible team at Amgen that is redefining patient support programs. As a key member of the Patient Access & Reimbursement (PAR) Hub Learning and Development team, you will have a vital role in shaping the future of the program. This opportunity is unique and impactful as you will contribute to Amgen's first internally managed hubs with a global presence. You will gain valuable exposure to the company's product portfolio and play a critical role in developing a best-in-class Hub Learning and Development program aimed at driving excellence and innovation across patient support services. Within the Patient Access department, you will have access to the capabilities, resources, and entrepreneurial spirit that define our biotechnology roots. Reporting to the Associate Director of Call Center Operations, your responsibilities will include: - Helping shape a best-in-class Hub program through enhanced global strategies - Accelerating business processes, solving challenges, and delivering for more patients - Leading quality check processes for Patient Support Programs - Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams - Providing expertise in technical writing for hub resource materials - Shaping best practices in PAR HUB operations space Basic Qualifications: - Doctorate/Master's/Bachelor's in Science with 12+ years in Pharma/Biotech and 5+ years of Patient access experience - Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred - Understanding of call center training, quality, audit, and compliance standards - Knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and operational policies Critical Success Factors: - Experience in cross-functional project teams - Ability to evaluate processes and find creative solutions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven leadership and team management abilities - Project management skills - Self-starter with the ability to work independently - Experience in working with internal and external partners Amgen is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities during the job application and interview process.
