Job Description

Role Overview: As a Partner Enablement Manager at Tata Communications, your primary responsibility is to build a robust partner network by fostering relationships with resellers, managed service providers (MSPs), systems integrators, and ISVs. Your role involves ensuring that partners are well-equipped technically, commercially, and operationally to sell and support Tata Communications products while adhering to internal policies and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Expand market reach and strengthen the partner network. - Relationship Management: Foster mutual success and maintain ongoing engagement with partners. - Develop Partner Sales Strategy: Drive channel sales, achieve Order booking and New Logo acquisition targets, and maximize sales opportunities through partners. - Training & Enabling Partners: Educate partners on the company's products, services, and selling techniques to enhance their success. - Governance, Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish rules and policies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze partner performance, and provide regular reports for internal management to implement necessary improvements. - Collaboration with Marketing Team: Create and execute joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional programs to support partners and sales teams. - Coordination with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with sales, business development, solution, and product teams to ensure partner business strategies align with overall business goals. Key Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building. - Strategic thinking and planning abilities to develop Go-to-Market plans and customer acquisition strategies. - Data-driven approach for performance analysis and opportunity identification. - Negotiation skills for managing agreements and partnerships. - Problem-solving and proactive approach to address partner needs and issues. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Experience: - 12-15 years of experience in channel partner sales in the Indian mid-market enterprise segment. - Prior experience working with technology services companies (telecom, hardware, software, applications, cloud services) in partner development and management roles.
