Job Description

As a Senior Manager/Manager - Operations based in Gurugram (Hybrid), you will be responsible for leading teams and driving service excellence in Life Insurance and Annuity operations within a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage team leads and associates supporting Life Insurance and Annuity operations - Drive performance through goal setting, feedback, and formal performance reviews - Own daily operational delivery, SLAs, quality, and risk controls for financial transactions - Act as the escalation point for complex client, agent, and distributor issues - Partner with IT, Compliance, Product, and Operations to improve systems and workflows - Identify risks and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of combined financial services experience - 2+ years of people management experience in a financial services environment - Strong Life Insurance and Annuity operations experience (required) - Solid financial domain knowledge, including regulations and transactional risk management - Hands-on experience with redemptions, exchanges, RMDs, systematics, and complex service transactions - Experience across annuity administration, life insurance administration, new business, or customer service - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Looking forward to discussing this opportunity with you!
