Job Brief

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management including planning and financial management, facilities and operational management and control of all maintenance inspection and safety functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for overall operations and cost control.

· Playing key role in finalizing yearly & quarterly Marketing plans & Events for all the malls.

· Develop and execute the overall marking strategies for the mall in order to increase the trading density and maximize revenues

· Involving in successful launch of mall events & promotional activities to ensure additional revenue is getting generated.

· Regular review of individual mall performance & implementing long term plans to revive the mall performance.

· Implementing best market practices for better customer experience.

· Suggesting tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall.

· Involving in review/Negotiation of retailer's annual agreements & ensure agreements are finalized within agreed timeline.

· Implementation of cost control measures and best practices in engineering & facility function for optimal efficiency.

· Ensure revenue collection targets are met within deadlines.

· Review of vendor agreements, performance & on boarding new vendors.

· Leading the digital transformation process for retail function.

· Design & standardization of SOP's across all the malls for effective administration.

Qualifications and Requirements

· 10 years of experience in any type of retail industry with business development, sales and marketing roles.

· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

· Excellent organizational and leadership ability.

· Master in Business Management from reputed institute.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
