Job Description

We are hiring for one of the Auto Component Manufacturing company:

MIS & Statutory:

Verify and ensure completion of month-end closing activities as defined in month-end closing checklist and collate the necessary documents.
Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) in due timelines and other metrics to measure business performance.
Responsible for Periodic book closing, financial reporting, preparation of B/S and P&L reconciliations/schedules (including consolidated accounts), financial and variance analysis
Collate & prepare information for Internal Audit, Statutory audit, ITR filing, Tax assessments. Resolve queries of auditors, tax authorities etc.
Prepare & assist in presentation of all reports pertaining to Budgets, MIS, fund flow etc.
Monitor and report budgetary discrepancies to senior management to maximize reporting efficiency and finalized spending plans.

Subsidiary Controlling, Consolidation & Reporting:

Prepare and assist in controlling functions of the subsidiaries of Gabriel India Limited
Assist in preparation and review of the budgeting process of the subsidiaries
Work with the controllers of subsidiaries to ensure that the compliance and reporting are appropriately being done in a timely and regulatory compliant manner
Assist in preparation of the business plan of the newer entities/ business of the subsidiaries

Preferred candidate profile

CA Qualified

Should have experience with Manufacturing industry.
