Role Overview: As the Sr. Manager / Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy. Your primary focus will be to attract top talents, reduce hiring time, and enhance candidate experience. Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters will also be a key responsibility to ensure recruitment goals are met and high-quality hires are delivered. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talents, reduce hiring time, and enhance candidate experience. - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure recruitment goals are met and high-quality hires are delivered. - Establish metrics and KPIs for effective recruitment, such as on-time hire, cost per hire, quality hire, and recruitment data analysis. - Oversee all recruitment processes from job requisition to candidate onboarding. - Utilize sourcing mix strategies to attract diverse candidates and create pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication teams to develop and promote the company's brand both internally and externally. - Stay updated on current industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the talent market. - Provide recruitment expertise on current trends and compensation data to assist business leaders in decision-making. Qualification Required: - 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition with a graduate/post-graduate degree on a full-time basis. - Experience working and closing positions in the e-commerce, cloud, and distribution space. - Strong leadership and management skills with experience in developing and grooming high-performing teams.,
