1. Having Good Knowledge in contracts handled experience in Civil Road works, Landscaping i.e. Hard and Soft Scape Works, External Development works such as MS Pergola, Play court fencing, Gate fabrication & Entrance Plaza Finishing works, Marble/Granite/tiles cladding, Aluminum/GI/MS sheet paneling in Faade, Faade Structural Glazing, False Ceiling, Club House Interiors, Building Entrance Lounge & Common area Interiors, Building Internal & External Signage works.
2. Having Good Knowledge preferably in High Rise Building project, Gated Community Residential Projects, Commercial/Mall/Multiplex projects in Real Estate sector.
3. Having Good Knowledge for finalizing the Commercial terms & conditions in line with legal Compliances, safety Norms, Budget, and Project time lines.
4. Understanding the Scope of work, execution methodology, Costing analysis, Estimation of work completion in consultation with clients, consultants and third parties.
5. Should play a vital role for coordination between the site team and third parties to ensure timely review and approval of any variations.
6. Must have Good experience in all procurement functions for Real Estate industry, Good Knowledge in Contracts Costing, BOQ analysis, studying the drawings, Scope of work and negotiations.
7. Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
8. Maintain excellent working relationships with all Internal & External Stakeholders.
9. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
10. Evaluate competency of new Contractors & Existing Contractors.
11. Draft and revise a variety of contracts with Contractors.
12. Knowledge in SAP MM /ERP Software, MS Office, AutoCAD
