Sr. Manager Maintenance

Role Overview: As the Head of Department (HOD) Maintenance Cell in a solar manufacturing facility located in Dadri, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, planning, and overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure supporting uninterrupted production. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise, effective people management, and operational planning to meet plant objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with plant objectives. - Lead predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs to enhance equipment uptime and efficiency. - Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. - Oversee maintenance of critical equipment like solar cell/module manufacturing lines, manage spare parts inventory, and plan equipment upgrades or replacements. - Maintain documentation as per ISO, OHSAS, and regulatory requirements, ensuring statutory compliance. - Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets, optimize costs, and manage vendor and contractor relationships. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals effectively. Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering. - 10-15 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing; minimum 5 years in a leadership role. - Experience in solar/semiconductor/electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
