Role Overview: As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and maintaining the smooth functioning of front-desk operations. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to the welcoming environment of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally. - Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls. - Provide basic information about the company to inquiries. - Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. - Receive and organize daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. - Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. - Keep the reception area tidy and organized. - Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. - Coordinate with internal departments when necessary. - Ensure front desk office supplies are adequately stocked. Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. - Previous work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.,
