Job Title: HR Executive (Female) Company: UTL Solar Location: Manufacturing Plant, Dadri Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Job Type: Full-time, On-site Openings: 2 Job Description: UTL Solar is hiring female HR Executives for our manufacturing plant in Dadri . We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, who are eager to learn and contribute to the organization. Key Responsibilities: Daily attendance and leave tracking Assist in recruitment and employee joining formalities Maintain and update salary sheets Coordinate with accounts for salary, deductions, and compliance Support ESIC / PF registration Maintain employee records and documents Coordinate with Time Office and handle basic HR tasks Requirements: Graduate in any stream 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role Basic knowledge of MS Excel Understanding of salary process, attendance & documentation Good communication in Hindi (basic English preferred) Quick learner with a responsible and proactive attitude Immediate joiners preferred Contact: 9220036080 Email: hr.saleem@utlsolar.in Join UTL Solar and grow your HR career with us!
