The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in administration, facility management, and office coordination. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Supervising daily administrative operations and providing office support. - Handling attendance records, gate pass, and visitor entries. - Coordinating with vendors for housekeeping, security, and maintenance services. - Managing stock of office supplies, pantry items, and assets. - Assisting with travel bookings, courier services, and documentation. - Supporting event and meeting arrangements. - Collaborating with various departments such as HR, Safety, Dispatch, etc. - Ensuring cleanliness, discipline, and efficient facility functioning. The Head of Department (HOD) Maintenance Cell at our solar manufacturing facility in Dadri plays a crucial role in overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure supporting uninterrupted production. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, team management skills, and operational planning abilities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance strategies aligned with plant objectives, leading predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and efficiency. The HOD is also responsible for managing a multidisciplinary maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, overseeing critical equipment maintenance, managing spare parts inventory, and executing equipment upgrades or replacements. Additionally, maintaining documentation per ISO, OHSAS, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets, optimizing costs, managing vendor and contractor relationships, and collaborating with various teams to achieve plant goals are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of solar cell/module production equipment and processes, expertise in TPM, RCA, FMEA, and other maintenance tools, hands-on experience with PLCs, automation, HVAC, and utilities, as well as excellent leadership, team management, communication, planning, and decision-making skills. A B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, along with 10-15 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, is required. Experience in solar/semiconductor/electronics manufacturing is highly preferred, and certifications in Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 are advantageous.
