Sr. Manager- Liaison

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Liaison Manager to handle all statutory approvals and coordination with PMRDA and other government departments for real estate projects. The role involves managing regulatory compliance, documentation, and timely acquisition of project-related permissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with PMRDA, Town Planning, and other government authorities for project approvals and NOCs.
• Prepare, submit, and track approval documents, drawings, and compliance reports.
• Ensure timely clearance of development plans, commencement certificates, and other statutory permits.
• Maintain relationships with key officials to facilitate smooth communication and faster approvals.
• Stay updated with PMRDA policies, building regulations, and relevant development control rules.
• Coordinate internally with architects, consultants, and legal teams for compliance documentation.
• Maintain approval status trackers and present periodic updates to management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of liaison experience in real estate approvals within the Pune region.
• Strong understanding of PMRDA norms, DCPR, and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with government bodies.
• Ability to manage multiple approvals simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery.
