Are you a Klaviyo SMS expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and performance? We're looking for a Sr. Technical Manager to lead our SMS initiatives and help drive results for our fast-growing eCommerce brands!
Own the technical implementation & strategy of SMS campaigns via Klaviyo
Manage API integrations, flows, and segmentation logic
Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns & deliver ROI
Work closely with marketing, dev, and CRM teams to align SMS with omnichannel strategy
A/B test flows, automate journeys, and personalize user experiences
Ensure compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and other SMS marketing laws
5-7 years of experience in email/SMS marketing platforms (minimum 2-3 years in Klaviyo SMS)
Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, flows, and triggers
Proficient in HTML, Liquid, and understanding of Klaviyo APIs
Experience managing technical teams and project timelines
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
